We spent Tuesday on a catamaran, snorkeling, flying on a spinnaker, and hanging out on Isla Mujeres. It seriously rocked. I would recommend a trip like this to everyone that doesn't barf on boats. The spinnaker and snorkeling rocked and on the ride back to Cancun the captain dropped the hammer and we had an awesome roller coaster ride for an hour across the waves. A couple words of caution: wear high SPF high activity sun block and don't let a tour guide take you to the shops his friends own, explore the shops yourself.
Wednesday we chilled on the beach and at the Villa for the day. At night we went in to Playa Del Carmen and hung out. We ate at a restaurant called Madre Tierra. It was outstanding. I had lobster tacos and stuffed mushrooms that flat out rocked. They had an amazing selection of seafood, beef, and chicken, and the restaurant and staff were extremely cool.
Off to Tulum now. Hasta Manana. stilljb

Viva La Mexico
Hola from Mexico,
I am in a place called Playa del Secreto with my family, my mother in law (who speaks fluent Spanish), and my brother in law. We have a Villa right on the beach. It is amazing and maybe by the time I get back to the Boat I won't be such a huero. The water is gorgeous and the villa rocks. It is a place called the secret beach villas. I bought a two hour massage, facial, manicure, and pedicure for my wife and mother- in-law, it only cost $110 a person, and they come right to the Villa to do it.
Last night we ate at a place called El Fogon in Playa del Carmen. It was a total local place that had the best pork tacos I've ever had (Tacos el Pastor con Queso). This vacation is gonna rock.

The river rocked
The river was so awesome today. I went white water kayaking for the first time and swam a lot. It was so much fun. I can't wait to do a lot more of this. Steamboat rocks, the Yampa rocks, and kayaking rocks.

Water and Mothers Day
Happy Mothers Day to all the GOOD Mothers out there.
Its wet in Steamboat the river is rocking and its a good time to go kayaking. I'll be out there getting beat up tomorrow with a couple of friends.
We are celebrating mothers day today (Saturday) since I am obviously not that intelligent and thought Mothers day was today. My wife seems happy though, so its all good. I'm cooking a sweet dinner (beef tenderloin sliced in 2 inch slabs, sauteed smoked mushrooms, sauteed smoked shrimp, spinach salad, and ice cream) tonight and we've got a good bottle of wine. Me and the kids also bought her a Pink Ipod Nano engraved from us so I think it all ought to go over pretty well.
Enjoy and live the dream, Jeremiah
